Necron Head 3D Model

I'm seeking a skilled 3D modeler to create a Necron head for a display model. I will provide specific references and artwork for the design.

Requirements:
- Create a 3D model of a Necron head (warhammer miniature)
- Moderate detail with clean lines
- Use provided references accurately

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, ZBrush)
- Experience with sci-fi or fantasy designs
- Ability to follow references and maintain desired detail level

I have attached general design/photos of how i want it to look (this will be discussed) and attached what the head will be for.
