NFC Clock In/Out System PCB & Enclosure Design
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am developing a wall/desk-mounted NFC clock in / out system. I already have a working prototype and firmware completed using Arduino IDE on ESP32. I now want a professionally designed integrated PCB and simple 3D printable enclosure suitable for low-cost manufacturing through JLCPCB PCBA.
Main requirements:
Integrated ESP32 module (ESP32-WROOM preferred)
USB-C for power + programming
WiFi required
MFRC522 RFID/NFC support over SPI
16x2 I2C LCD support
4 navigation buttons
2 status LEDs
Active buzzer
Fully integrated PCB (no ESP32 dev board or jumper wires)
JLCPCB/JLCPCB PCBA compatible
Reliable design suitable for production
Important:
I already have working firmware completed
GPIO compatibility with existing firmware is preferred
Cost optimisation is very important
Open to professional suggestions regarding regulators, layout, display choices, enclosure improvements, manufacturing optimisation, etc.

Clearly marked NFC scan area
Reliable WiFi performance
Proper ESP32 antenna keep-out
Easy assembly/disassembly
The enclosure should:
Fit the PCB cleanly
Include LCD window
Include button openings
Include LED visibility
Include buzzer venting
Support wall/table mounting
Be suitable for FDM 3D printing
