Multi-Layered 3D House Model Design

We are looking for a skilled 3D artist to create detailed 3D models of houses from plans we would provide. The models should include separate layers for different materials/sections (e.g., floor, first floor, roof, furniture). The final deliverables should be in the following formats:

Original files (such as .max, .blend, .fbx, or similar, depending on your workflow)

GLB format files for easy web integration

The ideal candidate should have experience in creating and well-organized 3D models, with clear layer separation for each section of the house. The model should be detailed enough for visualization and presentation purposes.

Requirements:
Detailed 3D house model with layers for different sections (e.g., floor, first floor, roof, furniture)
High-quality texture work and realistic materials
Provide both original 3D files and GLB format
Must be optimized for performance (for web usage)
Previous experience with 3D modeling of architectural structures is a must
Ability to follow instructions and provide revisions if necessary

Plans will be provided.
One plan for trial is attached.
Please send 3d model of attached plan as glb format for testing your skills.

Please share your portfolio and relevant experience along with your bid. We are looking for someone who can deliver high-quality models with attention to detail.

Check attached files for some samples showing results required, but should include furniture etc but no foliage is required.

Note: This is long term job. Would be getting 25-30 house models in beginning.

Quote per model basis NOT hourly.
