Motorcycle Frame Reverse Engineering

I already hold detailed 3D scan data of several motorcycle frames and now need those scans turned into full engineering documentation. Your task is to translate the raw point-clouds into clean, parametric SolidWorks models that reflect true-to-life geometry, wall thickness, and joint details.

Once the model is validated, I also need shop-ready 2D drawings that specify every critical dimension, weld angle, and tube profile, plus a concise bill of materials. I have preliminary ideas on alloy selection and tube specs but I’m happy to adjust if you can justify a stronger or lighter alternative that still meets typical road-use regulations.

Specific deliverables
• Native SolidWorks part and assembly files of the complete frame
• Manufacturing drawings (PDF + DWG/DXF) including weld-ment callouts and cut-lists
• BOM listing materials, profiles, and any consumables required for jigging or welding

The files must be organised so a fabricator can generate cutting lists or CNC bending programs straight away, and the geometry should import cleanly into common CAM packages. Prior experience with motorcycle or automotive space-frame structures will stand out, so please share any comparable work you’ve done—screenshots, machining photos, or finished bikes all help me judge fit.
