Motorbike Fuel Tank Prototype

I need a functional prototype of a motorbike fuel tank. The model needs accurate dimensions, as I already have Lidar scans to provide these measurements.

The project involves creating a custom motorcycle fuel tank for a specific bike. I have a reference metal cover tank that has the correct size and specifications, and this does not need adjustments. I’ve also filled the inside of this cover tank with clay to create a rough design of the underside.

Key tasks include:
- Refining the clay model scan (representing the underside) and seamlessly aligning it with the metal cover tank.
- Making modifications to the underside to allow for more space to adjust pitch and level when mounting it onto the bike.
- Producing a full-scale replica 3D model of the completed tank so it can be 3D printed and used as a mold for fiberglass fabrication.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Experience in creating prototypes or functional models
- Attention to detail and precision in dimensions
- Ability to work with Lidar scan data
