I want a fresh, modern look for my two-story home and already have the floor plans ready to share. Your job is to translate those plans into an eye-catching façade that uses clean lines, balanced proportions and contemporary materials without straying from a modern aesthetic.

• A detailed front elevation drawing (CAD or similar format, plus PDF)
• At least two high-quality 3D perspective renders that show suggested materials, colours and lighting
