Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m finalising plans for a double-storey home and now need a fully resolved concept for the street-facing facade. The brief is straightforward: give the house a distinctly modern presence that balances generous glass elements with textured stone features, all articulated in calm, neutral tones.
What I need from you is a clear, build-ready package that shows how these materials and colours come together, how the massing is broken up, and where glazing, balconies, and entry details sit. The visuals have to convince council and my builder alike, so accuracy and polish matter.
Deliverables
• Concept elevation(s) and a 3D perspective/render that communicate scale, texture, and colour
• A simple material/colour board noting glass specification and stone type
• Dimensioned front elevation or annotated overlay so the builder has measurable guidance
