Modern Two-Storey Apartment Design

I have a 45 ft × 42 ft east-facing plot and I’m ready to move from rough ideas to a build-ready package. Each of the two storeys must hold one 2-BHK unit and one 1-BHK unit, both laid out in a clean, Modern style. Every flat needs its own living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, and I want well-proportioned balconies. The roof should function as a usable terrace.

What I expect from you:

• A dimensioned ground-floor and first-floor plan that makes the most of the plot footprint while respecting the east orientation and local setbacks.
• 3D exterior and interior views—high-resolution renders that clearly convey the modern aesthetic, lighting, and material palette.
• Source files (AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp) plus exportable PDFs for the plans, and JPEG/PNG renders.
• A simple walkthrough or orbit animation is a bonus if you’re comfortable in Lumion, Enscape, or a similar tool.

I’ll review the first draft of the plans for spatial flow—especially the living-kitchen connection and bedroom privacy—before you proceed to full detailing and renders. Once approved, we’ll move to final tweaks, textures, and camera angles for sign-off.
