Modern Two-Level 3D Design & Rendering - Small Budget $250 USD
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a compact two-storey building with 4 units of 150 SM per unit and Rooftop with terrace. Need a full 3D makeover, inside and out. The brief is simple: clean, Modern lines throughout, with photorealistic visuals that clearly communicate form, materials, lighting, and atmosphere.
Important: Building Design with electrical and plumbing engineering is already done, no work there. Apartment layout finalized. 2D CAD drawing will be provided to help expedite the work.

Work: Use attached CAD file to generate a visual building design with outdoor look and feel. Will walk through
The work is mainly focused on
1- generating exterior look and feel based on existing design. Ideas for landscape, front porch, and back yard, building entrance and lighting.
2 - Two separate concepts for interiors design incorporating middleeastern touch, lighting and feel for the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms, bathrooms, Laundary room, ending with a stylish rooftop with terrace with indoor / outdoor living space that can double as an entertaining zone.
I will supply dimensions and reference photos right after kickoff; you will turn them into a detailed digital model and a series of still renders that capture daylight and evening moods.
Deliverables
• Native 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max—use whichever you are fastest with).
• High-resolution exterior and interior renders (minimum 4K).
• One rooftop-terrace hero shot.
• Floor and ceiling plans extracted from the model for contractor reference.
• Two minor revision rounds after the first draft.
Acceptance criteria
• All spaces match the provided measurements within ±2 cm.
• Lighting, materials, and furnishings align with the Modern aesthetic.
• Final JPEG/PNG renders appear crisp, free of noise, and ready for presentation.
I will supply floor plans, reference photos, and preferred material palettes as soon as we kick off. Native project files must be included at hand-off, and all geometry should be tidy enough for future edits.
