Modern-Traditional House 3D Elevation

I’m finalising the design of my new home and need a detailed 3D front-elevation render that blends modern simplicity with timeless character.

What I’m after
• A balanced mix of modern and traditional aesthetics.
• Colonial arches and decorative columns incorporated in a way that feels authentic rather than ornamental.
• Modern touches such as generous, floor-to-ceiling windows and an inviting sense of openness that hints at an open-plan interior.

Deliverables
1. High-resolution, photorealistic 3D render of the front façade (JPEG/PNG).
2. Native project file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) so I can make future tweaks.
3. Two minor revision rounds to fine-tune materials, lighting, or proportions.

I’ll provide reference sketches, site photos, and basic floor-plan dimensions once we start. Please ensure the model is dimensionally accurate and ready for presentation.
