Modern 2-Story House Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to develop a contemporary two-storey home and need an initial design package to visualise the concept.
Scope
• Create a fully dimensioned 2D floor plan (approx. 4,000 sq ft of living space) plus key elevations.
• Lay out a separate 3-car covered carport with built-in storage, not counted in the living area.
• Design a pool with jacuzzi and a small bamboo kubo hut beside it.
• Interior programme:
– Master suite with private terrace and an upper-floor loft bed
– Kitchen with island seating for four and a walk-in food pantry
– Three additional bedrooms and a total of three baths
– Exercise room and compact laundry with sink and cabinets
3D Visuals
Produce furniture-ready models and a concise set of renders:
• One striking exterior perspective with minimal landscaping for context
• Interior shots highlighting the master bedroom/terrace, kitchen with island, and the pool–jacuzzi–kubo area
• General walkthrough views to confirm circulation and room sizes
Deliverables
1. PDF of the basic blueprint and two elevation sheets
2. 5–6 high-resolution renders (JPG/PNG)
3. Source file in SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or a comparable format
I’ll supply reference photos of the modern façade style once we begin. A first draft within one week is preferred. If you’ve completed similar modern builds, please include links or images with your bid.
