Modern Sofa Design Blueprint

I’m ready to commission a fresh, modern sofa concept for my living room. I need a designer who can take me from rough idea to a build-ready plan without getting bogged down in unnecessary extras.

Scope
• Develop a contemporary sofa design that fits a standard living-room setting.
• Provide dimensioned drawings and a 3D model (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar—whichever you’re most comfortable with).
• Supply two to three upholstery suggestions with swatch references and a concise materials list so I can source fabric and hardware locally.
• Include color renders from multiple angles to help me visualize proportion and style in the space.

Key points
• The look must be unmistakably modern—clean lines, minimal ornamentation, comfortable proportions.
• Overall footprint should suit an average apartment living room (around 200–230 cm wide is ideal).
• I’ll need the final files in editable format plus high-resolution PNG or JPG images for presentation.

Timeline & collaboration
I’m available for quick feedback on sketches and iterations. Once we agree on the basic form, I’d like the finished package—drawings, 3D file, and final renders—within two weeks.
