Modern Residential 3D Model

I need a clean, modern 3-dimensional model of a residential building that shows only the core structural elements—walls, floors, roof geometry, openings, and main exterior features. No interior furnishings, landscaping, or hyper-detailed textures are required; the aim is to visualise massing and overall form so I can review proportions and basic spatial layout with my client.

You’re free to work in SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or another mainstream tool as long as the final file is delivered in a format I can open for further edits (.skp, .fbx, .obj, or .rvt preferred). A few high-resolution renders from key angles would be helpful for quick presentations.

Once the model is approved, hand over the editable source file and a set of still images. If you have any questions about dimensions or need reference sketches, just let me know and I’ll provide them right away.
