3D Modern Pool & Patio Design

I need a talented 3D artist to turn my residential outdoor concepts into vivid, photo-real visuals. The heart of each project is a modern pool layout, and I always pair it with a complementary patio and thoughtful landscaping. Every design should arrive with two or more creative alternatives so I can compare approaches before settling on a direction.

Key deliverables
• High-quality 3D renderings (still images + short walk-through clip if your software allows)
• Source model files in your preferred program (SketchUp, Lumion, Blender, or similar)
• Revisions until we hit the look and feel I’m after
• Final presentation package ready for my contractor and HOA review

Must-have features in the pool zone
• Waterfalls
• Lighting features for evening ambience
• Built-in seating both in-pool and poolside
• Pergolas or similar shade structures integrated with the patio

I’ll stay closely involved, providing sketches, reference photos, and feedback at every stage. Spanish is my first language, so Spanish-speaking freelancers will find communication easy, though English works too. Please attach a portfolio that shows previous pools, patios, or landscape renderings, list the software you use, and indicate a per-project price or typical range.

I prefer working with professionals based outside the United States and release payment in full once the final package is approved. Looking forward to seeing your work!
