I want to transform my current kitchen into a spacious, modern, open-plan environment that comfortably blends a generous cooking zone, an integrated dining area, a clearly defined fridge zone, and abundant, well-organized storage.

Key directions
• Style: clean-lined, Modern aesthetic throughout.
• Layout: full Open plan—no peninsulas or galley dividers, with sight-lines that connect the kitchen seamlessly to the living space.
• Primary material: warm Wood surfaces (cabinetry, feature shelving, possible ceiling beams) balanced with complementary finishes of your choice for hardware and worktops.
• Functional zoning: dedicated work triangle for prep–cook–clean, a clear traffic flow around the dining nook, and built-in solutions for pantry, small appliances, and recycling.
• Space optimisation: bulk storage to the ceiling, concealed drawers, and smart corner solutions so no square metre is wasted.

Deliverables
1. Scaled floor plan showing exact appliance, island, and seating placement.
2. 3D visualisations or renders that communicate material palette, lighting, and spatial feel.
3. Cabinetry elevations with basic dimensions for joinery quoting.
4. A concise fixture & finish list covering wood species/veneer, countertop suggestion, and lighting accents.

Acceptance criteria
• All drawings fit the provided room measurements (to be supplied once we start).
• Circulation widths ≥ 1 m throughout.
• Storage volume meets or exceeds current cabinetry capacity.
