Modern Office 3D Interior Design

I need photorealistic 3D views for a compact 22.5' × 39' 10" office that includes a reception, two executive cabins, a conference room, and open workstations. I will forward the CAD layout, reference images, materials, and mood boards so you can jump straight into modeling.

The overall look must stay true to a clean industrial style—think exposed elements, subtle textures, and streamlined forms—while keeping the palette firmly in neutral tones to maintain a calm, professional atmosphere.

I’m aiming for realistic lighting (daytime and evening), accurate material representation, and camera angles that are presentation-ready for client sign-off. Software choice is up to you—3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender, SketchUp + Enscape, or similar—as long as the final images are crisp.
