I’m refreshing our headquarters and need a full 3-dimensional concept that captures a clean, modern aesthetic throughout three key zones: the entrance and reception, our open-plan workstations, and a set of meeting rooms. I already have the floor plan; what’s missing is a cohesive visual story that shows furniture layout, lighting strategy, material choices, and the overall flow from the front door to the last desk.
Here’s what will make the project a success for me:

• The native 3D file(s) from your preferred software—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or comparable—so we can tweak if needed later
• A short fly-through or panorama set that lets stakeholders experience the space virtually
• A basic material and furniture schedule linked to the visuals for quick sourcing
