Modern Multi-Room Furniture Design

I am refreshing the furniture throughout my living room, bedroom, and home office and want every piece to follow a clean, modern line. Your task is to translate my room measurements and mood-board references into a cohesive set of custom furniture designs that feel unified yet suit the function of each space.

Here is what I need from you:
• Concept sketches that capture the overall style and layout for each room
• Detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders so I can visualise scale, finishes, and lighting interplay
• Dimensioned workshop drawings with material and hardware specifications, ready for fabrication or CNC output
• A short bill of materials outlining recommended woods, veneers, metals, and upholstery fabrics that align with a modern aesthetic and my sustainability preference

I’ll supply floor plans, photos, and any practical constraints as soon as the project starts. Please work in your preferred CAD package—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Fusion 360, or similar—as long as final files are delivered in a format that a local joiner can open.

Two revision rounds are included in the scope so we can fine-tune proportions, colours, or ergonomic touches. Once approved, provide the native files, PDFs of the technical drawings, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders.
