Modern Metal Resort Facade Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a new resort coming out of the ground and I’m ready to give it a striking, contemporary presence. The brief is straightforward: craft a fully modern exterior facade and matching boundary design that celebrates metal as the primary skin while coming alive at night through distinctive, integrated lighting features.
The look I’m after is clean and forward-thinking—think sleek metal cladding, crisp geometry, and carefully concealed fixtures that wash the surface with warmth after sunset. The boundary wall and entrance gate should echo the same vocabulary so guests feel the design language before they even step onto the property.
To move quickly from concept to construction, I’ll need:
• Two initial facade concepts (day and night renders for each)
• One refined final scheme with full-height elevations, sections, and a keyed lighting plan
• A coordinated boundary wall/entry gate package (plans, elevations, material palette)
• Source files: 3D model (Revit or SketchUp), CAD drawings (DWG), and high-res JPEG/PNG renders
Accuracy in dimensions, clean detailing around joints, and photorealistic night renders are essential acceptance points. If you’ve shaped modern metal-clad projects before—especially hospitality—this should feel right in your wheelhouse. I’m ready to review portfolios and kick off immediately.
