Modern Lot Rendering Update
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a polished, photorealistic rendering for a land-lot listing. The concept image I already have (generated through ChatGPT) captures the overall massing and materials, but the exterior stairway that descends from street level to the front entry is incorrect. Your task is to re-work or rebuild that scene so the stairs read clearly, flow naturally with the topography, and look consistent with the clean, Modern style I chose. I have attached a screenshot of the street and of the black and white design of the exterior as well as what ChatGPT attached.
My main thing is I want to have the garage as the same level as the street and the second floor of the house on the same level of the garage, (street level). I would like stairs leading down from the street to the first level of the house, which is subterrain (below street level)
Timing is critical—please plan to deliver the final files ASAP. When you reply, link to past work that shows you can handle exterior architectural visuals; that is the only credential I’m asking to see right now.
Deliverables:
• High-resolution rendering (print-ready JPEG or PNG)
• Web-optimised copy (16:9 ratio, ≤2 MB)
• Editable source file in your native software (SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar)
Once the stairs integrate seamlessly and the lighting, materials and landscaping look coherent, the job is done.
