I need a photorealistic 3-dimensional concept for my living room that captures a clean, modern aesthetic set in calm neutral tones. The project covers everything from furniture placement and lighting to material selection, so I can see exactly how the space will feel before committing to any purchases.

To speed up collaboration, please work in a mainstream tool such as 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, or an equivalent that can export layered source files. Natural daylight, subtle accent lighting, and a balanced palette of whites, greys, and warm woods should define the mood, keeping the overall vibe airy rather than stark.

Deliverables
• Two to three high-resolution still renders (4K preferred) showing key angles
• A short walkthrough or 360° panorama for VR viewing (optional but welcome)

Acceptance criteria
