Modern Living Room Sofa Design

I’m updating my living space and want a fresh, modern sofa created from the ground up. The brief is focused on a single piece—no coffee table or TV stand for now—so all of your attention can go into crafting a statement-making, comfortable seating solution that feels current and fits an urban apartment.

Here’s what I need:
• Concept sketches showing at least two style directions (clean-lined modern is a must, but you can play with subtle curves or modular elements).
• A full 3D model with accurate dimensions that can be opened in common platforms such as SketchUp, Rhino, or SolidWorks, plus export files (.dwg, .obj, .step) for manufacturing review.
• Dimensioned shop drawings (front, side, plan, and an exploded view) ready for a fabricator or carpenter to quote from.
• A simple materials and finishes board noting upholstery fabric, cushion density, leg material/finish, and any sustainable options.

Acceptance criteria:
1. The final model matches the approved concept within ±3 mm on all critical dimensions.
2. Seating ergonomics follow standard modern sofa proportions (seat height 420–450 mm, seat depth 520–560 mm).
3. Files open without errors and layer names are clear and in English.

Timeline is flexible within a week or two, but let me know if you can deliver sooner. If this sofa design goes well, I may request additional living-room pieces later, so think of this as the first step in a longer collaboration.
