• Two or three layout options showing traffic flow and furniture placement
• High-quality 3D renderings (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) to help me visualise the final space
• A concise shopping list with sources and pricing for furniture, lighting, rugs, and accessories available online or locally
The final package should let me hand everything to a contractor—or tackle it myself—without guesswork. If you have a strong portfolio in modern residential interiors and can deliver clear, well-annotated files, I’d love to collaborate.
