Modern Living & Kitchen 3D Design

I have a newly built home and need photorealistic 3D interior concepts for two key areas—the living room and the kitchen—both in a clean, Modern style. These spaces will serve mainly for cooking, dining, and casual gathering, so the layout must balance workflow with a welcoming atmosphere.

I will share floor plans, measurements, and reference images as soon as we start. From there I’d like you to develop the full interior scheme: materials, colours, furniture placement, lighting, and any built-in features that enhance both function and visual flow between the two rooms. Software choice is up to you; if you typically work in SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar, that’s perfect as long as you can deliver high-resolution renders and the editable source file.

Deliverables
• 2–3 concept options per room with distinct material palettes
• Final high-res renders (4K or higher) for each approved view
• Native project files and a simplified floor plan with key dimensions
• Up to three rounds of minor tweaks after the first draft
