Modern Living-Dining Area Styling

I’m refreshing both my living room and the adjoining dining space and want a cohesive, modern look built around neutral tones. The two items I still need to purchase are a statement rug (or layered rugs if you believe that will work better) and a coffee table that anchors the seating area, so your concept has to highlight those selections while tying the entire layout together.

You’ll get current photos, measurements, and an inventory of the pieces I’m keeping. From there, I’m expecting:
