I need detailed, build-ready drawings for a modern laundry room that prioritises generous storage and effortless day-to-day use. The layout is already roughly defined; your task is to refine it into fully dimensioned plans, elevations, and joinery details that a contractor can follow without guesswork. Think sleek, durable finishes, clever folding and sorting zones, and cabinetry that makes the most of every centimetre.
While the laundry is the first milestone, I also have a set of smaller but related joinery updates across the apartment:
• Wardrobe: Review the selected concept, adjust proportions, and maximise internal organisation without compromising the aesthetic.
• Kitchen: The overall style has already been selected; I simply need a fresh perspective to refine the layout and suggest ergonomic or material improvements.
• Bedroom: Propose a slim TV unit and dressing table that feel integrated, conceal cables, and optimise floor space.
• Bathrooms: Recommend contemporary fixture models, finishes, and a tile layout that ties everything together.
Deliverables
• PDF and CAD/SketchUp/Revit source files for all approved areas
