Modern Kitchen & Closet Renderings

I’m ready to move from floor-plan sketches to photorealistic visuals and need a skilled 3D artist to bring my ideas to life. The core space is a modern-style kitchen rendered in neutral tones, complete with a dedicated cocktail bar. Alongside that, I also require visuals for three standard closets plus a larger walk-in closet so I can see how the joinery, lighting and finishes tie together across the home.

What I’ll supply
• PDF or DWG floor plans and elevations
• Reference photos for textures, fixtures, and the overall mood
• Any additional measurements you may need once the work begins

What I need back
• High-resolution still renders (minimum 4K) of the kitchen—wide angle, island/bar focus, and a night-time ambience shot
• One render per closet and two angles for the walk-in closet
• Native model files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender—use whichever you prefer) plus exported OBJ/FBX
• A short material/finish legend so my contractor can match what’s shown

Acceptance criteria
1. Style reads clearly as modern: clean lines, handle-less cabinetry, integrated appliances
2. Palette stays within soft neutrals; metals and stone accents should feel balanced, never glossy or overly dark
3. Cocktail bar includes seating, open shelving for bottles, and accent lighting cues
4. Closets show correct interior layouts with rods, shelving, and lighting placements
