3D Modern Kids Store Design

The retail area covers roughly 700 sq ft and will become a kids’ clothing boutique. I need a complete 3D interior concept in a clean, modern style, with metal used for the main display fixtures. Wall-mounted hanger runs should maximise the perimeter while still keeping the floor open for movement and play.

My top priorities are:
• A striking display area that draws parents and kids in.
• A compact yet efficient storeroom.
• Two comfortable changing rooms, plus a fun “selfie spot” where families can capture the look.

Please include in your proposal:
• A scaled floor plan showing traffic flow, fixture placement, storeroom and changing-room layout.
• High-resolution 3D renders (day and evening lighting).
• Source file in your preferred software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.) so minor tweaks are possible later.
• A simple materials / colour palette board focused on durable, child-friendly finishes.
