Modern 3 Kids' Room Interior Design

Scope of Work:

3 kids room, 2 bunk beds (bed on the top and a desk on the bottom) and 3 closets and 1 single bed with drawers underneath it, I can provide dimensions and real pictures of the room.

3D Modeling & Rendering: Create realistic 3D visuals of the furniture to confirm colors, textures, and overall design.
Detailed Shop Drawings: Provide assembly drawings showing how each unit is constructed.
Comprehensive Cut Lists: Generate a precise list of every MDF component (Length x Width x Thickness).
Sheet Optimization (Nesting): Provide diagrams showing how to layout the pieces on standard 2440\{mm}\ 1220{mm} MDF sheets to minimize waste.
Technical Requirements
Edge Banding Compensation: Calculations must account for edge banding thickness (to be confirmed at start of project).
Hardware Integration: Design must include clearances for standard hardware (drawer slides, concealed hinges, etc.).

High-Res 3D Renders (JPEG/PNG).
Technical PDF Drawings (with dimensions).
Cut List (Excel/CSV format).
Nesting/Optimization Maps (PDF).
