3x3m Modern Informational Booth Design

I’m preparing a 3 m × 3 m exhibition stall that must clearly communicate information about our brand while looking polished and contemporary. The concept should feel modern and sleek—think clean lines, subtle lighting accents, and finishes that instantly signal quality.

Key elements to integrate
• one tv screens positioned for effortless viewing from any aisle angle
• A brochure stand that keeps print collateral tidy yet visible
• A compact seating nook where two to three visitors can chat comfortably without crowding the walk-through space

What I need from you
1. A full 3D concept with high-resolution renders (front, side, and bird’s-eye views).
2. A dimensioned floor plan showing exact placement of screens, seating, and brochure display.
3. A concise material and lighting specification sheet my fabricator can follow.

Preferred tools: SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar—anything that outputs editable files plus print-ready PDFs.

Acceptance criteria
• Layout respects the 3 × 3 m footprint without exceeding height limits common to standard exhibition halls (approx. 2.4–2.5 m).
• Visitor flow remains unobstructed when two people are seated.
• All specified fittings match the modern aesthetic (no ornate trims or classic motifs).
