Modern Indian House 3D Design

I regularly develop independent-house plans for Indian clients and need a SketchUp specialist who can turn my 2D concepts into convincing 3D visuals and a short walkthrough. The focus is both the front elevation and the full interior (hall, bedrooms, kitchen, toilets) in a modern yet unmistakably Indian style—think correct gate profiles, parapet details, overhead water tank, balcony grills and practical material choices rather than a “foreign” look.

Here is what each assignment involves:
• 5–10 high-resolution stills (JPG or PNG) that clearly showcase the exterior and every room
• One 30- to 60-second MP4 walkthrough stitched from SketchUp or Lumion/Enscape renders
• (Optional) the SketchUp source file if you are comfortable sharing it

I usually need the first draft within three days and the final package no later than day five. Typical compensation per small project falls in the ₹6 k–15 k range depending on scope, and I’m looking for someone who wants steady, long-term work rather than a one-off gig.
