Modern House 3D Modeling

I want a complete 3D representation of a modern-style house, covering both the exterior architecture and every interior room. The finished model should be cleanly organised in layers or groups so that walls, floors, furniture and fixtures can be toggled or edited independently. Real-world scale, accurate proportions and neat UV mapping are essential, as I’ll be running the file through different visualisation pipelines once it’s delivered.

I’m flexible on the final file type—OBJ, FBX, STL or another common exchange format is fine—so feel free to work in the software you’re most comfortable with (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Revit, etc.) as long as an interchangeable export is supplied.

Deliverables:
• Fully textured, modern-style house model showing both exterior façades and complete interior layouts
• One interchangeable file (OBJ, FBX, STL, or agreed equivalent) plus the original project file
• A handful of high-resolution still renders or a short viewport walkthrough for quick review

I’ll share reference sketches, floorplans and mood images as soon as we start so you have precise guidance on dimensions, materials and overall look. The project wraps once the model opens cleanly on my end and matches the references provided.
