Modern 3D House Elevation

I have a complete 2D floor plan ready and now need it translated into a modern 3D front elevation. The render should draw attention to three key features: an expressive roof design, distinctive window styles, and a thoughtful mix of façade materials. Standard-level quality—detailed and well lit without pushing into full photo-realism—is all that’s required for this stage.

Once we start, I’ll provide the floor-plan drawings in DWG/PDF. In return, I’m expecting the following discrete items:

• One primary perspective render (daylight) at 4K resolution
• Two supporting angles that clearly show the roof line and window rhythm
• The editable 3D model file (SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent) for future tweaks

Accurate proportions, contemporary colour choices, and realistic but not hyper-detailed textures are essential. A one-week turnaround with room for minor revisions would be ideal.
