Modern House 3D Elevation

I’m commissioning a crisp, modern 3D elevation for my new home. The goal is to translate the clean lines and contemporary materials shown in my reference images into a photoreal exterior that helps me fine-tune finishes, lighting, and overall curb appeal. The reference set is ready to share as soon as we start; it should give you a clear feel for the geometry and palette I’m after.

Primary focus is the front façade, though I’d love side and rear perspectives if you’re comfortable adding them. Final deliverables should include:

• High-resolution still renders (JPEG/PNG) suitable for print and on-screen review
• Native 3D file and/or an exchange format (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or OBJ) so I can revisit materials later

Please build your workflow in the software you prefer—as long as the output meets the modern look in my references and arrives ready for easy walkthrough with my contractor, we’re good.
