Modern Home 3D Renders

I have a full residential project that now needs photorealistic 3D renders so I can lock in finishes, furniture and lighting before strting the interior design. Every space in the house is included—living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and circulation zones—and each room must follow the same clean, modern aesthetic.

You will receive the floor plan, measurements and inspirational reference images as soon as we start. I’m counting on you to build accurate models, apply materials that match the references, and light each view so the final shots feel bright and inviting. Native scene files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or your preferred professional package) plus high-resolution stills are required; a short walkthrough animation would be a welcome bonus if you can provide it.

Clear, staged feedback rounds will keep the process smooth, so please factor in at least two revision passes. If your portfolio already shows modern residential interiors with realistic textures and balanced lighting, I’ll be able to award quickly.
