Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Hi, I need high-quality renderings of modern house and plans. The renderings should include both exterior and interior views.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in modern architectural design
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in both exterior and interior renderings
Please include samples of previous work.
We want to put master bedroom up stairs and add a lift where the void is on the plan from garage to upstairs living
The pictures I have sent give you an idea of what we looking at style wise
We will probably have to make a couple of changes to the plans.
The plan has to fit on a block
The maximum wide of the block is 16m. leave 1m down each side of the property as an access to the rear. So total width of 1 Property 7m 14m inc mirror image.
The depth of the block 50m
Set back from the street 6.5m
There is a 2m fall from the front of the property to the rear and 1m drop from right to left as you view the property from the street.
