Modern Home Interior 3D Renders

I’m redesigning my living room and kitchen and need photorealistic 3D visuals to lock down the concept before any furniture is purchased. The look is strictly modern—clean lines, balanced proportions, and a cohesive color palette accented by thoughtful, layered lighting.

You’ll receive my measurements, inspiration images, and a rough floor plan; from there I’d like you to shape a furniture layout that feels both airy and functional, dial-in a realistic lighting setup for day and evening scenes, and present a final color scheme that harmonizes the two spaces.

Deliverables
• Two high-resolution still renders per room (wide angle + detail), minimum 4K
• Native scene files (Blender + Cycles, 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, or your preferred equivalent) with textures and lighting intact
• Up to two quick revision rounds to fine-tune placement, lighting temperature, or palette
