Modern Home Interior Renders
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The architectural floor plan drawings for my new house are finished. I now need them brought to life with photorealistic 3D interior renders. The vision is distinctly Modern — clean lines, streamlined furnishings and a calm, neutral palette that runs consistently through every room.
Scope
• Living Room
• Kitchen and entertainment section
• Bedroom (the main bedroom with ensuite and at least one guest room)
- Entrance with staircase
(Effectively, the full interior footprint.)
What I will supply: PDF plans, basic furniture layout and reference images for mood and materials.
What I expect in return:
1. High-resolution still images (4K+) showing at least two key angles per room.
2. Source files so I can request minor tweaks if needed.
3. A short fly-through clip will also be required.
Please use whichever software you feel produces the best realism as long as lighting feels natural and textures hold up in close-ups.
I’m ready to start immediately and will give prompt feedback on drafts so we can lock styling quickly and move to final renders without delay.
