Modern 3D Home Interior Plan

I am redesigning my home and need a full 3-dimensional interior plan that covers a modular kitchen, living room, compact bar area, and built-in closets. The overall mood I’m aiming for is clean-lined Modern design brought to life with soft pastel shades rather than stark neutrals or bold primaries. Think muted sage, blush, and powder blue accents balanced against warm timber grains and matte black metal details.

Please build the concept around wood-and-metal furniture and finishes—slab-front cabinetry, slim steel handles, open shelving with timber backing, and similar touches—to keep everything cohesive from kitchen to bar. I’d like realistic renders that clearly show layout, circulation, and lighting, plus the underlying 3D model so I can adjust dimensions if needed.

Deliverables I expect:
• High-resolution 3D renders (kitchen, living room, bar, closet zones)
• Editable source file in SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit
• A PDF layout with key measurements and material annotations
