Modern 3D Home Interior Design

I already have the full set of architectural plans and now need to see the house come to life in 3D before 29 November. The brief covers the living room, kitchen and a bedroom, all in a clean, modern style that feels at home in an Australian setting.

The model should go beyond a simple layout: please include detailed furniture, built-ins, cabinetry, appliance positions and the main fixtures so I can judge flow, clearances and overall look. Finishes can remain indicative—hyper-real textures and dramatic lighting passes are not required for this stage, but the geometry must be accurate enough for discussion with joiners and suppliers.

If you’re familiar with Australian interior design trends, local materials or standard dimensions, that insight will be a real plus.

Deliverables by 29 November:
• Editable 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar) with organised layers
• 3–5 still renders per room showing key angles
• One round of refinements after initial review

Please keep file sizes reasonable and provide any custom textures or proxy components used so the model opens cleanly on my end. I’ll supply the house plan and any reference photos as soon as we start.
