Modern Home Elevation Design

I already have the structural design of my house and now want a modern elevation concept. The design should emphasize clean geometry, large stretches of glass, and expressive concrete planes. A prominent balcony should anchor the façade, while a well-integrated roof terrace completes the composition without feeling like an addition. The design should balance modern aesthetics with practicality in construction, using neutral tones, warm lighting accents, and durable low-maintenance materials.

To move ahead smoothly I’ll share plot dimensions, local bylaws, and site photos once we start. In return, I’d like the following deliverables:

• High-resolution coloured front elevation in PDF/JPEG
• One perspective render that shows depth, material contrast, and lighting
• Editable source file (DWG, SketchUp, or similar) for my contractor’s use
