Modern 2D & 3D Home Design

I'm seeking a skilled designer for a 2D and 3D house layout for my first floor. The plot measures 27 ft × 58 ft (1566 sq ft), but I want to construct only 750 sq ft.

Key Requirements:
- One luxurious master bedroom with an attached modern bathroom and wardrobe space.
- One spacious hall that combines living and workstation/studio setup.
- A small balcony or sit-out area, if space permits.
- Design should ensure proper ventilation and natural light, with thoughtful placement as per cardinal directions (N/E/S/W).

Deliverables:
- 2D Floor Plan with dimensions (preferably in AutoCAD or PDF)
- 3D Interior Design including furniture placement (using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit)
- Furniture layout that enhances a luxury feel

Note: I'll provide roof photo, column layout, and directional guidance.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit
- Expertise in modern architectural design
- Strong understanding of space utilization and luxury interior design
- Experience in designing for proper ventilation and natural lighting
