I am planning a sleek, modern in-ground pool for my property and need a designer who can translate ideas into accurate 3D visuals—Pool Studio (or comparable software) experience is strongly preferred. The concept calls for clean contemporary lines, integrated LED lighting, and a well-coordinated pool deck that ties seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.

What I expect from you:
• A set of high-resolution 3D renderings showing daytime and night views with the built-in lighting scheme active.
• A basic layout plan indicating dimensions, suggested materials, equipment placement, and deck configuration.
• Source files so I can review or pass them to my contractor for final construction documents.
