Modern Granite Tombstone Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have an AI-generated concept for a memorial and I now need a clean, production-ready design that a stonecutter can follow without guesswork. The look must stay firmly modern rather than traditional, and it will be carved in granite—not marble or bronze—so line thicknesses, depths, and any edge treatments have to respect that material’s limits.
There are two parts to the tombstone design. The dimensions must stay the same.
1. Upper Part -- For the names. Decorative border with some floral ornamentations that is modern, but Asian influenced.
2. Lower Part - Here we'd like a lotus flower to be the focal point with the inscription "Always In Our Hearts"
I've included a photo of the actual blank tombstone so you have an idea. I've also included some photos of other tombstones as inspiration.
Please turn the AI draft into accurate vector artwork or a detailed 3D drawing that includes front view with all dimensions, lettering specifications, and clear notes on polish vs. matte finishes. If you normally proof your designs using software such as Illustrator, Rhino, or similar CAD tools, let me know; the delivered file should be in a format my mason can open (PDF, AI, DXF, or STL all work).
When you hand over the final file I will run it past the fabricator, so please allow for one round of minor tweaks to sizing or spacing if they flag anything.
