I’m refreshing a feature wall and need a complete modern-style design concept that I can hand straight to my contractor. The look I’m after is clean and contemporary, built around bold geometric patterns and subtle textured surfaces, all tied together with a neutral colour palette.

Please translate that vision into a set of clear, build-ready assets: scaled elevations, colour and material specifications (including texture references), and a high-resolution visual mock-up so I can see exactly how the wall will come together in the space. If you usually include a 3D render, that would be a welcome bonus, but the essentials are the drawings, pattern layout, texture call-outs, and the exact neutral shades (codes or swatches).
