Modern Fully-Furnished 4-Bedroom Model

I already have a four-bedroom floor plan and now need it brought to life in a crisp, modern style. The brief is to create a complete 3D model that looks and feels move-in ready, down to the furniture, fixtures, textures, and lighting. Every room—including living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—should appear fully furnished and styled so that a client can visualise walking through the finished home.

The final package should include the native 3D file plus a set of high-resolution, photorealistic renders from key angles (exterior façade, main living space, master suite, and an aerial cutaway). If you prefer working in SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or another mainstream platform, that’s fine—I simply need editable files and clear instructions for any linked assets or plug-ins you use.
