Modern Front Elevation Design Needed

The ground-floor plan for my 1,100 sq ft home is locked in; now I need a striking, modern front elevation for the first floor. The concept must stay true to clean, minimalist lines while showcasing these façade materials:
• Glass
• Metal
• Wood

Here’s what I’d like in hand:
1. Scaled 2D front elevation (PDF plus an editable CAD/SketchUp file).
2. A coloured render or simple 3D view that clearly illustrates how the glass, metal, and wood interact.
3. A brief material legend so local contractors understand exact textures and finishes.
