Modern 3D Flat Interior Design

I’d like a full 3-dimensional interior concept for my flat, executed in a clean, Modern style. My goal is to see realistic visuals—floor plans, still renders, and, if possible, a short walkthrough—that let me picture colour palettes, furniture placement, lighting, and material choices before any on-site work begins.

Please include a detailed project proposal in your bid. I need to understand the creative approach, key milestones, software you plan to use (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, or similar), and the specific files or formats I will receive at hand-off. Feel free to outline optional add-ons such as mood boards or alternative layouts; I’m open to ideas that push the design forward as long as the Modern aesthetic stays central.
