I am looking for an experienced interior designer to create a complete restaurant layout and interior design package in 3D.
The project should include:
* Detailed space planning and restaurant layout(with equipment)
* Architectural floor plan with dimensions
* 3D interior and exterior renderings (photorealistic quality)
* Kitchen, preparation, storage, and service area layout
* Lighting design and ceiling details
* Material, color, and element selection
* Custom design elements and branding integration
* Elevations, sections, and architectural detail
Restaurant Concept:
The concept is a modern fast-casual restaurant with a premium and unique identity. The design should be functional, visually attractive, and optimized for customer experience and operational efficiency.
Deliverables Required:
* AutoCAD drawings (DWG)
* 3D model files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalent)
