I need three high-quality renders that showcase a building’s facade in a clean, modern style. The focus is on medium-level detail: textures, realistic lighting, and accurate material finishes without overwhelming micro-elements. Each image should clearly communicate the massing, proportion, and key design features so stakeholders can understand the look and feel at a glance.
Deliverables
• 3 still renders of the same facade from varied viewpoints (eye-level, angled, and a dusk shot) in PNG or JPG
• Native scene file (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar) with all textures linked
Acceptance criteria
• Consistent modern aesthetic across all views
• Textured surfaces rendered at a resolution suitable for A3 print (minimum 3000 px on the long edge)
• Neutral backgrounds and clear daylight or dusk lighting—no postproduction filters that obscure detail
